• Prices do not include the costs for air conditioning $ 0,99 per kWh.
• You can check in from 3 pm and check out is 11 am. After you have checked out, you can still use the swimming pool, the showers and the sun terraces for the rest of the day.

• We charge 50% downpayment incl. tax at the time of your reservation inquiry to confirm your booking, the other 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.

House Keeping

• The towels are changed 2 times a week and the bedsheets once a week.
• There is also a washing machine wich you can use ($ 6,00 for each wash), ask the management.

Free facilities

• Use of our swimming pool with luxurious sunbeds and sun terraces. 
• Pool is more than 1.40 mtrs deep, no lifeguard present, swimming is at own risk, children with no swimming license only under the supervision of their parents.
• Wi-Fi internet access.
• There is a 'bookcase' with books in various languages for free use or book exchange.

Catering Service

• During the day, drinks are available at the main house.
• On Monday evening you can join the BBQ night on reservation.
• (Small) Groceries service. Do you want some groceries at arrival and cool drinks in your fridge, we can arrange that for $ 25,- 

Breakfast
Breakfast is available Monday to Friday from 8am till 10am at $ 17,- per person and Weekend form 8am till 10am at $ 20,-- pp.
Not looking forward to go shopping after arriving from a long journey and not interested in the daily breakfast? We understand that you want to start en end your holiday relaxed. That’s why we offer our Hello/Goodbye Breakfast Deal: enjoy a lovely breakfast from our breakfast menu on the morning after arrival and the day of your departure. Only $ 30,- per person (2x breakfast). To guarantee fresh products, kindly always notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you want breakfast.

Massage
During your stay you can enjoy a massage.

(Airport-) shuttle
Airport shuttle if available; $ 40,- till $ 50,- one way.
Please keep in mind: Taxis are quite expensive on Curaçao. Please inform us, on time about your flight details in advance.
Do you want us to bring you to the most beautiful beaches, attractions, Willemstad, we can do that (if available) from $ 15,-- and $ 1,50 per km.

Bus Stop
There is a bus stop in front of our door. However, since the buses aren’t always on time and don’t reach the destinations you want to go to, like nearby beaches, we strongly recommend to rent a car. The drive to downtown Willemstad is 20 minutes, airport 15 minutes, most beaches about 10 minutes and a large supermarket 15 minutes. You will find some very good restaurants and a cozy bar very nearby as well.
